Yavana Rani was the first historial fictional work I had ever read in Tamil. At first, I was very much scared that I might not be able to finish it because I hated too much description in any novels and especially after my dad warned me of the same in this book too but I must thank Sandilyan for changing my taste. Ofcourse the book was too much descriptive but every word written was underlined by his extraordinary imagination which made me live at the periods of the Cholas. He was one of the bes..more
The 1st book was a bit boring. but the 2nd book was absolutely marvelous. Feeling proud to be a Tamilan.
Always sandilyan book is awesome. Yavana rani is one of them. Writings, words and flow of the story is too good. Eagerly waiting to open second part.
Very Interesting Novel, but the author was highly influenced by cast, when we read his noveles, we can understand.

Interesting and Informative Book.
Pacy and racy at few places.
